19th International Congress and Exhibition of the African Water Association

The 19th International congress of the African Water Association (AfWA) was held on February 11 to 16, 2018 at Hotel de L'Amitie' in Bamako, Mali under the theme: Accelerating the access to sanitation and water for all in Africa amidst the challenges of climate change.

The Congress is a biennial event that is held in an African capital city. The 2018 version was organized by the African Water Association in collaboration with SOMAGEP (Malian Drinking Water Company - Ltd) and SOMAPEP (Malian Drinking Water Patrimony Company - Ltd) and was attended by participants from more than 24 countries of the world.

Vaastrop Nigeria Ltd was in attendance.
